What if my items are missing, damaged or incorrect?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, follow the instructions in the delivery documents to return the goods to us. Read Terms and Conditions for further information.
If you do not receive all your products, log in at ‘My Account’ to check whether they have been dispatched. Pre-orders, supplier home delivery and delayed delivery items may arrive separately from any other items you ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible about any missing, damaged or incorrect items
